Terms and Conditions
RESERVATIONS
A 40 percent deposit is required on booking and the
balance at least 30 days before tour commencement
CANCELLATIONS
Any monies paid will be refunded on early cancellation,
levies the cost of cancellation fees levied by hotels or
lodges. Late cancellations will be subjected to a charge
of 25 percent between 45 and 15 days - 50 percent
between 15 days and 5 days - 75 percent between 5 and 2
days, and 100 percent between 2 and 0 days and tour
date.
RATES
Include all expenses in respect of vehicle and drive as
per itinerary, table d'hote meals on Safari, entrance
fees to national parks and game reserves, and other
attractions.
TRANSPORT
Car, minibus, land-cruisers or coaches will be provided
according to route and number of clients. The right is
reserved to employ the services of sub-contractors.
English speaking driver / guides are provided.
ACCOMMODATION
Based on two persons sharing a twin room with private
bath are provided where possible. Singe rooms are
available at additional cost but cannot be guaranteed.
Hotels/lodges are named as an indication of category and
rooms may be reserved at other similar hotels/lodges.
TOUR ALTERATION
The company reserves the right to alter arrangements or
cancel the operations of scheduled tours if necessary.
It also reserves the right to decline to accept or
retain any person as a member of any tour at any time,
in which case an equitable amount will be refunded.
PRICES
Prices as shown on our tariffs are based on costs
prevailing and are subjected to change without notice.
LIABILITY
The company and its agents act only as agents of
passengers in all matters relating to hotel / lodge
accommodation, tour transport, etc and shall not be
liable for injury, delays, loss or damage in any manner.
The company's liabilities to passengers carried in its
own vehicles is governed by the laws of the country in
which the tour takes place, and no other country. All
claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the court of
the country in which the action arises. The company
reserves the right to employ sub-contractors for all or
part of the services. The company cannot be held
responsible for loss or damage to baggage.
