Gorilla permits Advance booking shall be allowed up
to two years as long as a deposit of 30% is made and
the balance shall be paid 91 days to the tracking
date. Late topup of 70% is not permitted but may be
considered 7 days, and will attract a Surcharge of
20% beyond which deposit is forfeited without
refund.
Day1 Arrival –Nairobi
Pick up from the airport on arrival and transfer you
to silver springs hotel for Dinner and overnight
Day 2 Masai Mara
Pick up from your hotel at 0730 hrs and drive to
Masai Mara arriving the lodge in good time time for
lunch. Afternoon game drives .Dinner and overnight
stay at Mara Sopa lodge
Day 3 Masai Mara
Full day spent exploring the park in search of the
big 5 with an opportunity of seeing the annual
wildebeest migration that takes place from July to
October. Early morning and late afternoon game
drives are offered. Dinner and overnight at Mara
Sopa Lodge
The Masai Mara Game Reserve is arguably Kenya’s most
popular game sanctuary. It is the most famous and
most visited game reserve in Kenya. The film ‘Out of
Africa’ was made to a great extent in this reserve.
Virtually every type of wildlife can be seen at the
Mara. A spectacle worth seeing is the annual
migration of millions of wildebeest, zebra and
gazelle from Serengeti plains across the Tanzania
border and the Mara River to reach Maasai Mara
grazing fields from late June. The dramatic crossing
of the river and the preying on the migrants by
predators can be viewed from early July to August.
The reserve abounds with birdlife since dose to
about 452 species have been recorded.
Day 4 Mara- Lake Nakuru National park
Early morning game drives then exit the park and
drive to Lake Nakuru national park. Lunch at
Flamingo Hill camp then proceed for afternoon gamed
rives. Dinner and overnight stay at Flamingo hill
camp
Day5 Lake Nakuru- Nairobi – Amboseli
Depart the lodge soon after breakfast and drive to
Amboseli - lunch at Amboseli serena lodge -
afternoon game drives - dinner and overnight stay at
Amboseli Serena lodge
Day 6 Amboseli National park
A full day in this photogenic park. Morning and
afternoon game drives.
Amboseli means ‘the place of water’ in Maasai
language. The park has an endless supply of water
which is filtered through thousands of meters of
volcanic rock from Mount Kilimanjaro. Animal species
seen include elephant, zebra, wildebeest, giraffe,
impala and leopard. The birdlife seen here includes
pelican, bee eater, kingfisher, African fish eagle
and pygmy falcon. Amboseli is one of the most
popular parks and offers excellent accommodation
facilities.
Day 7 – Amboseli –Nairobi – Kampala
Early morning gamedrives then return to the lodge
for breakfast – exit the park and drive to Nairobi
Drop off at the airport to board an evening flight
to Kampala. on arrival and transfer you to a Kampala
town hotel for Dinner and overnight
Day 8 - Entebbe Bwindi
Morning departure for the south with stops at the
craft village at the Uganda Equator for pictures and
shopping. After lunch at the Lakeview hotel in
Mbarara, proceed through the beautiful evergreen
mountain country referred to as the "Little
Switzerland". Arrive late evening for dinner and
overnight at Gorilla resort (Meal Plan - Lunch and
Dinner). TRANSIT TIME 8 - 10 HOURS
Day 9 - Bwindi
Briefing by park ranger guides. Later with picnic
lunch, start 30 minutes - 8 hours trek to find the
Mountain gorillas. The tracking starts at the area
where the gorillas were the previous day. After a
full hour with the gorillas, return to your
accommodations for dinner and overnight at Gorilla
Resort (Meal Plan - Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner).
Day 10 Bwindi Kampala
Transfers to Mbarara for lunch, later depart for
Kampala. Transit Time 8 - 10 HOURS. Overnight stay
at a Hotel- (Meal Plan - Breakfast, Lunch)
Day 11 Departure
Transfer to the airport to board your Nairobi bound
flight arriving in good connecting time with your
home bound flight
